Had a great time during my stay. The staff was attentive and helped make my experience enjoyable. I loved the themed dinners, especially the Mexican night. The atmosphere felt welcoming and offered a chance to meet local guests. I appreciate the variety of food options available. Spending time at the outdoor pool was relaxing.
Wi-Fi was not reliable, and some amenities felt outdated. The elevators were out of service, which was inconvenient for us on the higher floors.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing.
The views from my double room were amazing, looking out over the shimmering ocean that seemed to stretch endlessly. The outdoor pool was the perfect spot to soak up the sun, with comfy sun loungers to lounge on while sipping my favorite cocktail. Plus, the beach access made it so easy to enjoy a quick dip in the waves whenever I wanted!

Not so tropical vibes
We had a rough start trying to check in, took an hour to sort out our rooms. The beachfront was disappointing, super dirty water, and my kids couldn't swim. The food was really bland and not worth the all-inclusive tag. At least the bar had some decent cocktails to help numb the pain.

Great Views, But Needs Improvements
We enjoyed the stunning panoramic view from our 8th-floor room. The two connecting rooms made family time easy, but service experienced some hiccups during check-in. The food was quite basic, with limited flavor. I'd suggest looking for local dining options for a better culinary experience.
